Jim Wilson CEO/President As CEO, Jim Wilson is responsible for the growth and long term direction of the Saratoga Financial Systems business. With oversight of direct sales and by establishing partnerships with other service providers, Wilson works with the entire business to insure an integrated services solution is available to the SFS customer base. With over 30 years of experience in the US and international software and services business Jim has established relationships that can be leveraged by and for his customers in almost any geography worldwide. Wilson joined SFS after a successful career with Systematics, Inc., Alltel Information Services and Fidelity National Information Services.
Jim Ball Chairman of the Board Jim has over 30 years of experience in the financial data processing world ranging from programming and system analysis to management of large system development projects with industry leaders. He, along with Mike Shrum, is a co-founder of Saratoga Financial Systems.
Mike Shrum Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Mike is a widely recognized expert in his field with over 35 years of experience. Mike has been a leading technical contributor for software installation for some of the largest and most technically advanced financial institutions in the world. He is, along with Jim Ball, a co-founder of Saratoga Financial Systems.
Joan Hart Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Manager As a partner in Saratoga since 1990, Joan brings an administrative and financial background based in the banking industry. She worked for a savings bank in branch operations, eventually working in data center administration for Systematics, Inc., Alltel Information Services. She oversees the administrative staff while coordinating the benefits, legal and financial interests of Saratoga.
Peter Rokeach Chief Operating Officer Peter has more than 35 years experience in the banking and IT industries. He worked in banking back office and branch operations, branch management and data processing. He was responsible for the IT needs in a multi-bank processing center located in Albany, NY. As an employee of Systematics, Inc., Peter provided implementation, conversion and consulting support to multiple clients. Peter joined Saratoga in 1991 and has filled the roles of Consultant and Manager of Consulting Resources in addition to his current position as COO and Manager of Client Services.
Myra Helms Manager, Consulting Resources Myra has an IT career spanning 25 years in banking and with Systematics, inc., Alltel Information Services and Fidelity National Information Services. Her roles have included programmer, programming manager, RTC takeover consultant, NationsBank model banking consultant, Professional Services Manager and Enterprise Support Services Manager. Myra joined Saratoga in 2006 and assumed her current position as Manager of Consulting Resources in 2007.
